  • All services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing
  • No locked-in contracts — either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
  • Service scope and deliverables are outlined in your proposal or service agreement

3. No Guarantees

Digital marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, competitor activity, search engine algorithm changes, and audience behaviour.

  • We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue outcomes
  • We commit to transparent reporting and honest assessments of campaign performance
  • Past results and case studies are not a guarantee of future performance

4. Payment Terms

  • Invoices are issued monthly in advance for ongoing services
  • Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date
  • Late payments may result in a suspension of services until the outstanding balance is settled
  • All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated

5. Intellectual Property

  • Website designs and code built by Precision Digital are owned by the client upon full payment of all invoices
  • Google Ads account data and campaign history belong to the client
  • Our proprietary tools, processes, and the Syntra AI platform remain the exclusive property of Precision Digital
  • Content created for clients (copy, images, videos) is owned by the client upon full payment

6. Client Responsibilities

To allow us to deliver effective results, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date business information
  • Grant necessary access to relevant accounts (Google Ads, Analytics, Search Console, Google Business Profile)
  • Respond to communications and approval requests in a timely manner
  • Notify us of any changes to business operations that may affect campaigns

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Precision Digital is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of our services
  • Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client in the three months preceding the claim
  • We are not responsible for changes to third-party platforms, including Google algorithm updates, policy changes, or platform outages

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent. Confidential information includes but is not limited to:

  • Campaign data, performance metrics, and analytics
  • Business strategies, plans, and proprietary processes
  • Pricing, fee structures, and contract terms

9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice
  • Upon termination, all client data, account access, and deliverables will be transferred to the client
  • Outstanding invoices remain payable regardless of termination
  • We will provide reasonable assistance during the transition period
